  • 1 cup Milk
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Cheese shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Add the shredded cheese, salt, and black pepper to the egg mixture and mix well.
  4. Place the cubed acorn squash in a pie dish.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the squash.
