- 1 whole Acorn Squash peeled and cubed
- 1 cup Milk
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 cup Cheese shredded
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Add the shredded cheese, salt, and black pepper to the egg mixture and mix well.
Place the cubed acorn squash in a pie dish.
Pour the egg mixture over the squash.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
