Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Mango, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup White vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds
- 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 cup Water
1. In a blender, combine mango, vinegar, salt, turmeric, fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, paprika, and garlic. Blend until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and add water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Let the mixture cool, then transfer to a jar. Store in the refrigerator.
