Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup White vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a blender, combine mango, vinegar, salt, turmeric, fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, paprika, and garlic. Blend until smooth.
  2. 2. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and add water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Let the mixture cool, then transfer to a jar. Store in the refrigerator.
