Anaheim Pepper Recipe
A simple and delicious recipe using Anaheim peppers.

Main Ingredients
- 4 Anaheim peppers halved and seeded
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the halved and seeded Anaheim peppers on a baking sheet.
Drizzle the peppers with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese on top of the peppers.
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve warm and enjoy!
