Ingredients 

Crepe Batter

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 pcs Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter, melted
  • 1 pinch Salt

Filling

  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 2 pcs Apples, sliced

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, and salt until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
  3. Pour a small amount of batter into the pan, tilting to cover the surface evenly.
  4. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter.
  5. Spread Nutella over each crepe and add apple slices. Fold and serve warm.
