  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups apples peeled, cored, and chopped
  • ½ cup raisins

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add the sour cream, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in the chopped apples and raisins.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let it cool in the pan before serving.
