Fruit Filling
- 2 cups Apricots, sliced
- 2 cups Cherries, pitted
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 0.5 cup Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
Cobbler Topping
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 0.5 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Milk
- 0.25 cup Butter, melted
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine apricots, cherries, blueberries, sugar, and cornstarch. Mix well and set aside.
In another bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in milk and melted butter until just combined.
Pour fruit mixture into a baking dish. Drop spoonfuls of the batter over the fruit.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbly.
Let cool slightly before serving.
