Ingredients 

Cookie Dough

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup aprium jam

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in the vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the flour, mixing until just combined.
  5. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Make an indentation in the center of each ball with your thumb.
  7. Fill each indentation with aprium jam.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
  9. Let cool on a wire rack.
