Main Ingredients
- 1 can Artichoke hearts drained and quartered
- 200 g Mushrooms sliced
- 50 g Parmesan cheese shaved
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- to taste Salt and pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the artichoke hearts, mushrooms, and Parmesan cheese.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
