kim chee, chopped

soy sauce

sesame oil

spinach, chopped
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until softened.
Add sliced carrots and chopped bell pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add chopped kim chee, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well.
Simmer for another 5 minutes.
Stir in chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
Serve hot.
