Asparagus And Artichoke Quiche
A delicious quiche with fresh asparagus and artichokes.

- 1 cup Asparagus, chopped
- 1 cup Artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Gruyere cheese, shredded
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 1 Pie crust
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and heavy cream.
Add chopped asparagus, artichoke hearts, shredded Gruyere cheese, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
