Asparagus Frittata
A simple and delicious asparagus frittata perfect for breakfast or brunch.

Main Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 1 cup asparagus, chopped
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper together.
Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and asparagus, and cook until the asparagus is tender, about 5 minutes.
Pour the egg mixture over the asparagus in the skillet. Cook on the stove for about 5 minutes, until the edges start to set.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, until the frittata is fully set and lightly golden on top.
Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then slice and serve.
