Main Ingredients
- 6 Eggs hard-boiled
- 1 Avocado ripe
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Paprika for garnish
1. Boil the eggs in a saucepan for about 10 minutes. Let them cool, then peel and halve them.
2. Scoop out the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl. Add the avocado, lime juice, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
3. Spoon the avocado mixture back into the egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika for garnish.
