  • 2 lbs Baby Red Potatoes washed and quartered
  • ½ cup Milk
  • ¼ cup Butter softened
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil over high heat.
  2. 2. Reduce heat to medium and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. 3. Drain potatoes and return to pot.
  4. 4. Add milk and butter to the pot. Mash potatoes until smooth and creamy.
  5. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
