Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Lobster tails cleaned and cut into chunks
  • 8 Corn tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded cabbage
  • ½ cup Pico de gallo
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1 Lime cut into wedges
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Season the lobster chunks with salt and black pepper.
  3. 3. Grill the lobster chunks for about 5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. 4. Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 1 minute on each side.
  5. 5. Assemble the tacos by placing the grilled lobster chunks on the tortillas, then top with shredded cabbage, pico de gallo, chopped cilantro, and a dollop of sour cream.
  6. 6. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
