Baja California Style Lobster Street Tacos
Delicious lobster tacos inspired by the flavors of Baja California.

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Lobster tails cleaned and cut into chunks
- 8 Corn tortillas
- 1 cup Shredded cabbage
- ½ cup Pico de gallo
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- 1 Lime cut into wedges
- ½ cup Sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Season the lobster chunks with salt and black pepper.
3. Grill the lobster chunks for about 5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
4. Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 1 minute on each side.
5. Assemble the tacos by placing the grilled lobster chunks on the tortillas, then top with shredded cabbage, pico de gallo, chopped cilantro, and a dollop of sour cream.
6. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
