- 4 whole artichokes trimmed and cleaned
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 lemon lemon cut into wedges
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Trim the tops of the artichokes and remove the tough outer leaves.
Cut the artichokes in half and remove the choke with a spoon.
Place the artichokes in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 35-45 minutes, until the artichokes are tender.
Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
