  • 1 lb Tomatillos husked and rinsed
  • 2 Garlic cloves peeled
  • 1 Jalapeño seeded and chopped
  • 0.5 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Place tomatillos, garlic, and jalapeño in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Drain and transfer to a blender. Add cilantro and salt. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Adjust seasoning with more salt if needed. Serve warm or chilled.
