  • 1 Torpedo Onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • ¼ cup Fresh Parsley chopped

Instructions
