Bean Sprouts And Lotus Root With Tofu Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Bean Sprouts
- 150 g Lotus Root sliced
- 200 g Tofu cubed
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
Add the garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the lotus root slices and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Add the tofu cubes and cook for another 3 minutes.
Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve hot.
