Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Bean Sprouts
  • 150 g Lotus Root sliced
  • 200 g Tofu cubed
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the lotus root slices and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the tofu cubes and cook for another 3 minutes.
  5. Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  6. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
