Bell Pepper Relish Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Bell Peppers (red, yellow, green, chopped)
- 1 cup Onion (chopped)
- ½ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Mustard Seeds
1. In a saucepan, combine all ingredients.
2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Let cool, then transfer to a jar and refrigerate.
