Ingredients

  • 1 lb Gai Lan (Chinese broccoli)
  • 2 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Bring a pot of water to a boil.
  2. 2. Add the gai lan and blanch for 2-3 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
  3. 3. Drain and transfer to a bowl of ice water to stop cooking. Drain again.
  4. 4. In a small bowl, mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic.
  5. 5. Drizzle the sauce over the blanched gai lan and serve.
