- ½ cup Blood Orange Juice
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 pinch Salt to taste

In a bowl, whisk together the blood orange juice, olive oil, honey, and Dijon mustard.
