- 2 cups Blueberries fresh or frozen
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
In a saucepan, combine blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the blueberries release their juices and the mixture comes to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Remove from heat and let cool. Serve warm or chilled.
