  • 2 cups Blueberries fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the blueberries release their juices and the mixture comes to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool. Serve warm or chilled.
