  • 1 bunch Kale stems removed and leaves chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add chopped kale to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until wilted, about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Pour in chicken broth, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer.
  5. 5. Cover and let cook for 10-15 minutes, until kale is tender.
  6. 6. Serve warm.
