  • 1 cup Broccoli florets chopped
  • 6 Eggs
  • ½ cup Feta cheese crumbled
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped broccoli and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli in the skillet. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is set and golden on top.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
