Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped broccoli and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli in the skillet. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is set and golden on top.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
