Broccoli Salad With Blueberries And Apple

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets chopped
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 apple diced
- ¼ cup red onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup almonds sliced
Dressing
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, blueberries, diced apple, red onion, and sliced almonds.
In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
