Ingredients

  • 1 head Cabbage chopped
  • 1 lb Sausage sliced
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the sausage and cook until browned.
  2. Add the onion and garlic to the pot and cook until softened.
  3. Add the chopped cabbage, chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes, until the cabbage is tender.
  5. Serve hot.
