Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Orange or Lemon Peel cut into strips
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions 

  1. Boil the peels in water for 15 minutes. Drain and repeat twice.
  2. In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add the peels and simmer for 45 minutes until translucent.
  4. Remove peels and let them dry on a cooling rack.
