- 4 large eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- ¼ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
2. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook until the edges start to set.
4. Sprinkle the cherry tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella cheese evenly over the eggs.
5. Continue to cook until the eggs are fully set and the cheese is melted.
