Main Ingredients
- 1 cup shallots, thinly sliced
- 2 cups chard, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add shallots and cook until caramelized, about 10 minutes.
Add mushrooms and chard to the skillet. Cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Spread the cooked vegetables in the pie dish. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
