  • 1 Carnival squash peeled, seeded, and diced
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 3 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 Pie crust pre-made or homemade
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the beaten eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the diced carnival squash in the pie crust.
