- 1 Carnival squash peeled, seeded, and diced
- 1 cup Milk
- 3 Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 Pie crust pre-made or homemade
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the beaten eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Place the diced carnival squash in the pie crust.
Pour the egg mixture over the squash.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
