- 4 cups Carrots, grated
- 1 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated carrots and chopped parsley.
2. Add the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to combine.
