- 4 large carrots peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Peel and thinly slice the carrots.
Toss the carrot slices in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread the carrot slices in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
