Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower grated
  • 2 pcs Eggs
  • ½ cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup Onion finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Grate the cauliflower and place it in a mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Add the eggs, cheddar cheese, onion, flour, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix well.
  3. 3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Scoop a spoonful of the mixture and place it in the frying pan. Flatten it into a patty shape.
  5. 5. Cook each side for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. 6. Remove from the pan and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
