Cauliflower Hash Brown Patties

Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower grated
- 2 pcs Eggs
- ½ cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- ¼ cup Onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for frying
1. Grate the cauliflower and place it in a mixing bowl.
2. Add the eggs, cheddar cheese, onion, flour, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix well.
3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Scoop a spoonful of the mixture and place it in the frying pan. Flatten it into a patty shape.
5. Cook each side for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Remove from the pan and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
