Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower chopped
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Vegetable broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
  2. 2. Add the chopped cauliflower and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. 3. Blend the soup until smooth using a blender.
  4. 4. Stir in the heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
