- 1 head Cauliflower chopped
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 4 cups Vegetable broth
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
1. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
2. Add the chopped cauliflower and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes.
3. Blend the soup until smooth using a blender.
4. Stir in the heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
5. Serve hot.
