Main Ingredients
- 2 pieces Chayote peeled and sliced
- 8 pieces Corn tortillas
- 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 cup Salsa
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
2. Place a few slices of chayote on each tortilla and roll them up tightly.
3. Use tongs to place the rolled tortillas in the hot oil, seam side down.
4. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
5. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
6. Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, and salsa.
