  • 8 pieces Endive leaves
  • 1 cup Cooked chestnuts, chopped
  • ¼ cup Cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoon Chives chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped chestnuts, cream cheese, chives, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spoon the mixture onto each endive leaf.
  4. Place the stuffed endive leaves on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Serve warm or at room temperature.
