- 8 pieces Endive leaves
- 1 cup Cooked chestnuts, chopped
- ¼ cup Cream cheese softened
- 2 tablespoon Chives chopped
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped chestnuts, cream cheese, chives, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spoon the mixture onto each endive leaf.
Place the stuffed endive leaves on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
