Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Pork shoulder
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 cup Orange juice
  • 1 cup Pineapple juice
  • 8 pcs Tortillas
  • 1 cup Chopped cilantro
  • 1 cup Diced onions
  • 1 cup Salsa

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Rub pork shoulder with olive oil, salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika.
  3. Place pork in a baking dish and pour orange juice and pineapple juice over it.
  4. Cover with foil and roast for 2 hours, or until tender.
  5. Shred the pork with two forks.
  6. Warm tortillas and fill with shredded pork, cilantro, onions, and salsa.
