Chiapas Style Roasted Pork Tacos Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Pork shoulder
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 cup Orange juice
- 1 cup Pineapple juice
- 8 pcs Tortillas
- 1 cup Chopped cilantro
- 1 cup Diced onions
- 1 cup Salsa
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
Rub pork shoulder with olive oil, salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika.
Place pork in a baking dish and pour orange juice and pineapple juice over it.
Cover with foil and roast for 2 hours, or until tender.
Shred the pork with two forks.
Warm tortillas and fill with shredded pork, cilantro, onions, and salsa.
