Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast, diced
  • 1 medium Cabbage, chopped
  • 1 large Onion, diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add diced chicken breast and cook until no longer pink.
  4. 4. Add chopped cabbage and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. 6. Season with salt and black pepper. Serve hot.
