Chicken Fried Hearts Of Palm Rice Recipe
A tasty twist on fried rice using hearts of palm instead of traditional rice.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Hearts of Palm chopped
- 1 cup Chicken Breast cooked and diced
- 1 cup Mixed Vegetables frozen
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Green Onions chopped
Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add sesame oil.
Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add the diced chicken breast and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add the mixed vegetables and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Stir in the chopped hearts of palm and soy sauce, cooking for another 5 minutes.
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
