- 2 ripe avocados peeled and pitted
- 1 lime juiced
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 small red onion finely chopped
- 1 tomato diced
- 1 chile ancho rehydrated and finely chopped
- ¼ cup cilantro chopped

In a mixing bowl, mash the avocados with a fork until smooth.
Add the lime juice, minced garlic, chopped red onion, diced tomato, chopped chile ancho, and cilantro. Mix well.
Season with salt to taste. Serve immediately.
