- 2 cups Cabbage finely chopped
- 1 cup Tomatoes diced
- ½ cup Red Onion finely chopped
- 1 Jalapeño seeded and minced
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- 2 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Salt
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cabbage, tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
Add the lime juice and salt. Toss everything together until well combined.
Let the salsa sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
