Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cilantro packed
  • 1 cup Parsley packed
  • ½ cup Olive Oil
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • ¼ cup Pine Nuts toasted
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine cilantro, parsley, pine nuts, and garlic in a food processor. Pulse until coarsely chopped.
  2. 2. Add Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Pulse a few times to mix.
  3. 3. With the processor running, slowly add olive oil until the mixture is smooth.
  4. 4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.
