- 2 cups Cilantro leaves
- ½ cup Olive oil
- ¼ cup Pine nuts
- 2 cloves Garlic
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon Salt
1. Combine cilantro, olive oil, pine nuts, garlic, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and salt in a blender or food processor.
2. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
