Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
  • 1 cup Orange Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce low sodium
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  3. 3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. 4. In the same skillet, add the garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. 5. Pour in the orange juice, soy sauce, honey, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
  6. 6. Return the chicken to the skillet, reduce the heat to low, and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
  7. 7. Serve the chicken hot, drizzled with the citrus ginger sauce.
