- 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 
- 2. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side. 
- 3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. 
- 4. In the same skillet, add the garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. 
- 5. Pour in the orange juice, soy sauce, honey, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine. 
- 6. Return the chicken to the skillet, reduce the heat to low, and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened. 
- 7. Serve the chicken hot, drizzled with the citrus ginger sauce.
