  • ½ cup Shredded coconut
  • ½ cup Goji berries
  • ¼ cup Cacao nibs
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • ¼ cup Peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon Ground coffee
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
