Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- ½ cup Shredded coconut
- ½ cup Goji berries
- ¼ cup Cacao nibs
- ¼ cup Honey
- ¼ cup Peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon Ground coffee
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
Stir until well mixed.
Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
