- 1 cup Daikon radish, grated
- ½ cup Sour cream
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Chives, chopped
1. Grate the daikon radish and squeeze out excess moisture.
2. In a food processor, combine the grated daikon, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
3. Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl and fold in the chopped chives.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
