Ingredients 

Fruit Salad

  • 2 cups Pineapple, diced
  • 2 cups Mango, diced
  • 1 cup Strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup Blueberries

Coquito Topping

  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • ½ cup Sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup Evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground nutmeg

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the diced fruits.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg until smooth.
  3. Pour the coquito mixture over the fruit salad and gently toss to combine.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
