  • 4 cups chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

  2. 2. Add the chopped celery and onion. Cook until soft.
  3. 3. Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. 4. Use a blender to puree the soup until smooth.
  5. 5. Return the soup to the pot and stir in the heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
