  • 1 head Broccoli chopped
  • 1 bunch Asparagus trimmed and chopped
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
  2. 2. Add the broccoli and asparagus, and cook for a few minutes.
  3. 3. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender.
  4. 4. Use a blender to puree the soup until smooth.
  5. 5. Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
