Main Ingredients
- 1 head Broccoli chopped
- 1 bunch Asparagus trimmed and chopped
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 4 cups Vegetable Broth
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
2. Add the broccoli and asparagus, and cook for a few minutes.
3. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender.
4. Use a blender to puree the soup until smooth.
5. Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
