Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Broccoli florets
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 2 cups Chicken broth
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a pot, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent.
2. Add the broccoli florets and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until broccoli is tender.
3. Use a blender to puree the soup until smooth.
4. Return the soup to the pot, stir in the heavy cream, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Heat through, but do not boil.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
